Dear House Seller,, , You have a difficult task ahead of you, which you know of course., , I was fortunate enough to use Elizabeth Brien to sell my house during a very difficult selling time., , She works harder than I have ever seen before and more importantly was more considerate and attentive than I could have imagined., , For instance, I decided that the house description should be , changed. Well this isn't the first time I've sold a house, and I , thought I knew from experience that this was going to be a task that would be difficult to achieve. So I wrote her an email and kinda outlined what I thought might be in it...the next morning I called to discuss it with her, and to my complete surprise, the entire task was already finished.
